Summertime Salsa!

I love salsa!!

Especially in the Summertime when it’s so hot outside!

I don’t wanna tell you this recipe is easy, but it is worth it. Unless you have an electric food chopper like I do, then this recipe is super easy!

But regardless, it’s super tasty! It’s spicy but not too spicy.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 bunch Cilantro

2 cans salsa ready diced tomatoes

1 diced onion

2 cans chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

3 roasted jalapeños

1 can jalapeño El Pato

1 can regular El Pato

3 or 4 cloves of garlic

I used my awesome food chopper to chop up anything that was too chunky.

Chipotle Peppers

**Note: I tried the cilantro in the chopper but it didn’t work. So no matter what, you’re gonna need to get out the cutting board for that one.

Then I just mixed everything together in a big bowl!

This makes SOOOO much salsa. And it’s SOOOO delicious!

My clan really likes garlic, which is why there’s so much in it. If you aren’t a big fan of garlic, I recommend cutting the amount in half.

Also, the chipotle peppers are the best part of this salsa! They’re a must.

We ate this on tacos the first night, and I ate FOUR. The tacos basically became a vessel to get the salsa to my mouth. So GOOD!
